Custom shaped playing cards imprinted with full color art can be die cut into a variety of sizes and shapes. 

How are playing cards made into custom shapes?

A shape outline is designed in black and white format in a vector program like Adobe Illustrator. We take that shape and turn it into a knife rule die (for larger orders).

The die cuts the playing card sheets into the desired shape and size. This procedure enables us to manufacture cards in such shapes as:
